It happened to me too, but I'm using 1.166. So I started a new game and eveything was normal.

But a Westerland's Levy is different from a Lannister one. I do, too, think that being able to recruit them only once is kind of bad, but can't do much about it.

You can change it in Battle Size in the options. And in mod options, in the camp tab you can modify others interesting points.

Lannisport and Casterly Rock special troops. They're quite common with Westerlands armies, just slaughtered a bunch of them not long ago :P

Maybe you have to activate the quest or there's another quest that nerds to be completed before doing this onde.

Not everyone has a quest for you. Search for the A Clash of Kings wiki and go to the quests page, pretty much everything you need to know is there.

No, it isn't. Negative profits happens when there's a shortage in the city of the material needed to produce your enterprise's good. If you are experiencing it in every city, I can only guess it's a bug. And I'm using version 1.65 too and everything is normal. Try others cities or a new game to see if things are different.
