I played an entire playthrough with this installed, I haven't noticed downgrade in textures visually except for the taxi cab that has it's color messed up, it reduced my materials folder size considerably, and it reduced amount of crashes, this texture downsize is a must have.

pointless in my opinion, but who knows...

changelog from 3.1 changed female faces to vanilla... might be something to do with this.

He is probably with another faction now since Lys is gone, try looking Faction list on Notes, it shows up the name of each vassal on the faction... it will be boring as **** but you might find him by doing this...

Noob question: A Lord from Riverlands or Westerlands (I dont remember well) asked me to lend a surgeon (saathos) for 7 days. But after some time the quest failed because I couldn't arrive in time to get saathos back, now I can't remember the Lord's name and I lost Saathos. lol, do I have to go on Lord to Lord to in order to find my surgeon?

I really enjoy the power draw/throwing penalty with heavy armors in 3.0, it seems more realistic

I'd say you might have enough renown, level and right to rule to create your own faction now and start taking over all Westeros. Starting by taking over a smaller faction like Three Sisters or Lorath. This is what I would do at this point of the game if I were you

It seems that Cozur already made some changes on the textures and now they are lighter.
I have a below average PC so In 2.2 I used to have lag spikes on some sieges and the quest that you help Night's Watch fighting Wildlings on a bridge was nearly impossible to do without replacing textures with native.
now in 3.0 I already did a couple of big sieges and I have seen no lag so far. Not even a stutter.

the factions are kinda unbalanced in 3.0, day 32 Myr was already defeated and Pentos had only one castle
Even Westlands being the faction starting with most territories, the constant war against Stormlands, The Reach, Riverlands and the North, westlands was defeated within day 96 most territories taken by Riverlands.
these factions never made peace with Westlands in 96 days.

Anyone else had this problem or is it just me?

For people who are getting error message when using TweakMB on akok 3.0
I did some research and found a solution:
1) make a backup of the file item_kinds1.txt located on the ACOK folder.
2) copy item_kinds1.txt file from Native folder and paste/replace on acok 3.0 folder.
3) Load acok on TweakMB (floris mod pack 2.50) and save your changes.
4) Replace the current item_kinds1.txt with the backup.
obs.: though you still won't be able to change ammounts of bolts, arrows and thrown stuff you can carry because the acok 3.0's item_kinds1.txt file is too big to load on tweakmb.

Stormland Hammermen is still there, I have a couple of them on my party, it only changed their armor and their hammers are now bigger. but they still knocks out lots of people.
The only troop I miss is the qohorik guardsmen

How do I get the Targaryens to invade in 3.0? Since the quest has been removed. do they invade after a specific ammount of days? I'm at day 52 and nothing so far

not sure, I went in every new place on The North area and found nothing that relates to the sword... then I had no choice and cheated it into my inventory.. tournaments are a pain in the *** early game without this weapon

also Tweakmb (floris mod pack 2.50) isn't working for acok 3.0
anyway great job Cozur, I've beem playing all day and I enjoy most of the changes I noticed so far

Apparently the quest for getting the Coldbringer mace was removed for version 2.2
is there a way to "cheat" the weapon into my inventory?
