Wouldn't the Sabbat clans still be considered antitribu, as most of the sabbat clans are actually the antitribu of former camarilla clans that they killed off? Then again, the vanilla game had a camarilla gangrel and technically they're antitribu of the sabbt clan, so I'm not really sure...

This explains the generally unexplained aspect of the two clans hating each other, with the Giovanni out right trying to hunt them down.

An alternative explanation is they're the Giovanni-equivalent to the Harbingers of Skulls, but that one sounds kinda dumb to me.
