oh cool, thats what I thought originally, but then reread the description and found it confusing. Glad they're different. both are pretty cool abilities.

As to the doctrinal abilities, I just have a question on how they operate. Is economic sanctions exactly the same as hack attack or do they function differently?

Hi,
very cool mod guys, been following it for a while.
just a question about the air superiority(name?)doctrine, and the second pick on the right side of the tree:
what does that ability do? I didn't get to play much last night, but in that short time wasn't able to figure it out.
