plz repair the gta3.dir
just open the file with txdworkshop
all it does it

all the problem is with the gta3.dir
in the models file given in the zip file
just replace the models folder manually
except gta3.dir
u wont have the zombie textures without gta3.dir
but they will certainly chase u
