This will be a content mod for an optional graphics mod for an old game. It's the quests and immersiveness of a mod that matters. Stamina =/= immersiveness.
It'll work with spells that are cast the same way as the fireball. Know this because of experience xD

He (we) won't "use" DX11. The game will just be optimized for DX11 (ie no Ikarus or LeGo).
But you will still be able to play it without DX11 mod.
There was once supposed to be early access for people on themodders.org. Dunno what happened with it.
Right now I'm translating a mod for Gothic, making 2 mods and helping with another mod. There's a long list of mods waiting for translation xD.
