I like it, I think it is a very nice melody and it is great when people try to create something original rather than going with the easy solution of using pre-existing stuff.
I agree that if there was a bit less reverb in all the instruments the beginning would be more efficient.

Thank you so much for the comments everyone :) Yes C&C along with Quake and the film Tron were my major influences.
As for people asking for a download link, I am planing to make a .zip that will include many additional tracks and some original artwork as a free complete soundtrack package.
Obviously this will take some time but perhaps I could release a small music preview with 4 tracks sometime next month.
