I continue to receive an error with the 1.1 installer saying it cannot complete, this is over a clean copy of the base game. In-game the new clans don't overwrite the original ones and other things are missing. The options menu still has all of the additional selections, I can still takeout the warehouse and go downtown. In contrast speaking with the bartender at the asylum as any character, including using the console with a female pc for the persuasion option doesn't unlock access to the elevator. I don't know why the installer is failing to complete the installation. Besides that which I have mentioned above I didn't notice any other issues or missing elements up to telling the cabbie to take the pc downtown. After that I stopped testing. Thanks for any help you can offer.

I have this same bug. When I first tried 1.1 + Hotfix when first released I couldn't figure out what I did wrong, only to try again today (9/29/16) with the same bug in the guardian fight. Though know the health bar is visible at the start, but the vases aren't interactive anymore and though the boss health bar takes damage, when it depletes, the guardian does NOT die.

Note: This is with a new gaming rig and OS.

Thank you for continuing to read all of our comments here, I'm sure I'm not alone in this thanks. I have two issues with 1.1 + hotfix. The game breaker for me is that the quest "Slashterpiece" cannot be completed as after i kill the mummy npc that has replaced that blood guardian the quest doesn't update and I've gone as far as reinstalling the vtm:b and Antitribu 1.1 + hotfix with no change. There is no health bar for the mummy as there was for the blood guardian, and it takes over 2 minutes to kill even with noclip enabled to speed up the fight. I also noticed that the charity box is now transparent. The other issue is Arms of the Abyss no longer works. The activation animation and particle effects play but the the arm minions do not trigger. Not a game breaker but something that did work before on my pc.
