The smg was only changed slightly (I think it vibrates more when you shoot now), shotgun is held lower.

The gravity gun is really hampered in MMod by the really slow switch speed.
create a custom folder in your mmod folder of choice (the game you play with it in), then put the vpk in there.

The ALT file is honestly perfect, great job doing the death voicelines, pain and death screams are often the hardest things for voice actors.
Oh yeah, also with the 12 gauge addon and your compatibility install, on hard difficulty I find the combine shotgunner way too overpowered, both with single and double shot. tweaking npc buckshot damage doesn't do much. Any help?

Bump. I do know that the TFA pack on the gmod workshop works with custom arms.
I personally watched the stream Bolloxed was doing of this mod, he did as the chat said and used the commands everyone recommended (same as what people are saying here), to no avail. Don't be too quick to judge (and bolloxed, next time please do a rundown of your problems).
