Looks like you didn't install it right.
You need:
*Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer (selected "upcoming" in properties-beta) from Steam library - tools.
*In your sourcemods folder you also need unpacked the main mod for Salvation - Raising the Bar Redux latest version. Just unpack folder with RTBR to sourcemods.
*And in the same sourcemods folder you need to unpack Salvation. Again, just unpack 7z archive with mod there.

Not sure if i done everything right at this time, but for me it doesn't work now.
It worked before, but not now. I just extracted archive (2 folders) to RTBR's main directory.
Same i can say about the "Barrels" mod. And i don't get how to install them both.
Still, both of these mods are good additions.

Question - do i need HL legacy branch or it will works with anniversary update of HL? Heard some news with mods compatibility and most of them works good with legacy than anniversary update.

Ну перевод глав это пока что заглушка, ибо "Gravity Sway" можно так же по другому перевести, ровно как и "Hopwire", я пока что назвал ее так же "Хопвайр". Этой гранаты пока что нет, в фандоме по HL2 она указана как "Граната-ловушка".
С главой пока что даже и не знаю, как боле благозвучно ее перевести. "Добрый траур" как то совсем ни рыба, ни мясо.

Благодарю за отзыв! Просто с детства все в память врезалось, мол, Комбайны, да Комбайны. В "Игромании" так часто писали. Если буду работать над локализацией в будущем то поправлю, буду ждать следующего "Дивижна".
