Having a crash every time I try and turn in the 'found nimble' quest to sid. Should I just avoid doing that and free roam until the new patch or will new patch erase save data?

I'm so excited for this. I really hope it is a fairly polished experience (I'm not expecting AAA standards) but I couldn't take the jankiness of Stalkersoup. May I also ask how you guys obtained footage/screens/references from the Alpha of Stalker? Why was so much cut?
