Thanks for getting back to me Wesp! In the past, even though the receiver flew back up onto the wall, when I answered the phone Gimbal would just start talking and then I would would punch in the number of my reply. Since there wasn't any verbal reply from Gimbal and just the word hello I didn't know what to do. So I thought about it last night and figured that even though it wasn't giving me the cue for a choice of replies that I should try punching in the number 1 and low and behold gimbal started the conversation. A simple solution that could have saved me a lot of frustration. I've played this game for years and was just confused as Gimbal always just started talking when I answered the phone and that just threw me for a loop I guess. Anyway if anyone else runs into this the answer is to just move on and push the number 1...sorry for the confusion Wesp and thanks so much for all you do...you have breathed life back into this game and I for one really appreciate it:)

I'm having the tattoo parlor phone problem that someone else mentioned on here. The phone on the wall rings I answer it, Hello comes up in the text box without a vocal response, then the phone receiver flies back up onto the phone and I end up standing there frozen in place with my empty hand at my ear.
