Will the glitch fix itself over time or could it be a problem with the save?

So is there nothing I can do about this? It won't cause the game to crash will it?

When I shoot the birds in the sky, they don't fall down - they just die and stay stuck in the sky. How can I fix this?

Does the stalker in the quarry still appear for the "False Claims Deal with Flint" quest? The quest log says he needs to watch his tongue, but there is nothing that I can do?

Sometimes, when I shoot crows, the bird doesn't fall but stays stuck in the air. Anyone else have this happen?

The sniper scope zoom upgrades do not work?

Where can I buy the Sako TRG-42 (The sniper rifle that fires .338 Lapua Magnum)?
Also, the sniper zoom levels don't appear to be correct - a fully upgraded zoom Lynx Sniper has the same zoom as an un-upgraded Mosin.
