I had same problem. Reinstall your Mount and Blade + patch 1.011.
After put Star Wars Conquest 0.9.4-relcand + ^[Drop that folder into your Modules directory ] to Modules directory.

Me it works, I play for The Empire 25 lvl sith lords ;-)
