Description
A test to figure out why our textures are tearing. It seems the RA3s engine doesn't like 0,0,0 Black. We now know how to fix this as well. This was just for the testing lulz.

The textures were tearing, turns out RA3 doesn't like pure black on a texture. 2,2,2 or 1,1,1 works fine though, we just did something stupid to test out.
I read that. I mean the Paradox ModDB profile could get that as a joke update (higher quality of course) - I may assist you.
