I have encountered another bug which does not let me complete mission 2

(spoiler)

After the prison is captured and you help the Loyalist Commander kill QAI`s monkeylords, the area does not expand and play continues forever.

It worked, my commander actually spawned!
Tip: Make sure you copy the lua and moho .scd files exracted from v3.1 into your gamedata folder.
Now to kick some alien ***...

I have the exact same issue,
the Commander does not spawn.
I am running Windows 7 on a Duel Core 3.1ghz with Radeon 5450 Graphics Card and 4 gigs of Ram.
