SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dawn of War II - Retribution\GameAssets\Locale\*Your language* there should be something called Dow2Codex.ucs This was conflicting with the Elite mod for me. Causing this issue. If this isn't in the folder of the language you play in it could cause this issue from what I read.

Is there anyway to raise the popcap. I have tried using copes toolbox but I have no luck with it due to it never seeming to be able to find the RBF plugin

Smug *** Developers who can't see that people in the comments are wanting the mod which is why the creator is wanting to work with the original developers. I love developers like you guys. Never really looking out for what fans could possibly want. Just as long as you get to control whats happening then its okay. Because after all you are the intelligent master minds behind some popular mods.
