As I remember from the Books they bolster their forces with Sellsword not solely reliant on them. They should play a role in the Free Cities but this is crap

Good so far, but it would be a improvement to add more armor varieties, like helmets, and have the exotic ones in Tyrosh to fit with lore. Second would be when making a kingdom be able to change your companions name title from Ser to Lord or whatever so it wont be "Lord Ser Felton Flowers" when making them vassals. and lastly script it so when a village changes factions make the recruitment to the conquering faction. And this is just my opinion making castle non recruit able and the Free Cities only reliant on sellswords was a horrible Idea. Great mod overall but for those little annoying details there's always Morgh's Editor.

the armor are sub par. and the HBO armors suck
