This is a good idea. Are you taking cues from the MNOLG in terms of area design? Because that would just be icing on the cake.
Those models look great right now. Will there be female variants for the one female in the group, or are you sticking with toy accuracy, for lack of a better word?
Also, last I checked there were quite a few decent modelers floating around in the BIONICLE fan sites, or at least have some models that I'm sure they could donate. Plenty of voice actors too, I think (unless you're going with the silent squeaking of the MNOLG, that'd be interesting).
