So I've tried running this and i can play without issues, however some of the mods do not work or don't seem to want to work.

Infinite Research if ran alone does not show the two research options at all for any of the factions.

Expanded Research does work, however Oceanic Planet upgrades are missing so you cannot fully increase the planet population

ive tried different orders and redid the Mod manager but these seem to be persistent

Edit: Some Reason after posting this and retrying it all decided to work

Edit 2: The TEC cobalt Light Frigates don't auto attack or even reengage enemies unless ordered. Tried switching auto attack on and off and still doesn't work
