It's not a mod. From what I can see, Guillermo123 is trying to show what Half-Life looked like to the media (Fox News, etc.). The screenshots are from Go-Mod because that's is what was used to create this... eh.. comic? It's basically a comic. He just uploaded it here for some reason. :-/

Man, you've gotta hunt down the original version of this, get the shareware version for DOSbox or get it on Steam. Awesome game.
