Is there any chance that you would retain the some of the changes in RA3 1.12, one in particular the cost of superweapons to 2500/1500?

Why do the Allied and Soviet superweapons cost 5000 for proton collider and vacuum imploder and 3000 for chronosphere and iron curtain like in Uprising while for Japan, it's still 2500 for psionic decimator and 1500 for nanoswarn?
