Is there a way to change the condition of dropped armour to something like 50% please?

My first play through Anomaly (first 5 minutes and I got veeeery lucky).

Started in Cordon, rookie village as a loner. As soon as I start the game, some military guys attacked the village. One of them died near the village so I ran and grabbed his loot, spamming F all over the place. Then ran back in the village, barely alive. And what did I grab: A 40% heavy armored military armor and a nice sniper rifle. Thank you Zone.
