the file gets re-named to Client(2).dll, so I tried that game still crashed, tried a tip I saw elsewhere and renamed the client 12 to client.old but still crashed. I'm about to give up on this game guess I'll stick with let's plays...

No, that didn't work :c I'll post the crashlog on steam maybe someone there has any clues on how to fix it, all i can figure out is that there's something wrong with the client.dll

Yes I got python installed (2.7.11) I tried another a higher version but the crash still persisted, and yes I'm running it in xp compatibility mode, no haven't listened to any in game files. I read prior that could cause issues so I left them be, wish i was able to understand crash reports it'd help.

Windows 7 (64) and (Nvidia) Geforce 210, just did but the crash still persists

I need some help

The game crashes for me after I create my character or I get an error message saying "Engine error: unable to set mode" I've tried multiple solutions I found online: Restarting my pc, change to compatibility mode, install the patch as administrator, change the resolution and graphics. Also tried windowed mode which doesn't doesn't work...But nothing, I got the crash file if anyone would like to see it. I have no idea what to do anymore I'm also running the retail version so if anyone got any advice please tell me, I really want to play this game so badly

Edit: Alright, I re-downloaded and it works just fine now ^^

really loving the mod, I don't think I'll be ever able to play JPOG without it anymore XD

I know that's where I put it, I replaced Alioramus with it but yeah white model. So far I tried out with compy, supersaurus and irex all just result in crashes :c guess I'll re-download the mod and see if that fixes it

So I followed the tutorial as closely as possible, I replaced a dinosaur from the list with the one I wanted and did the same thing in the fosilhunt file. But so far it only results in the game crashing when I click on the dig site, I'm (using Site B to test not sure if that matters. Closest I've gotten so far is with stygi which appears as a completely white model, I'm using the latest download I also got PMEP but I don't know if that's whats causing problems

So I know i'm doing something wrong but not entirely sure what
