Does anyone else get quite bad performance in this mod? I have a powerful PC, and never had these issues with Skyrim beforehand. My specs are: I7 4790k at 4ghz, GTX 1070 8GB and 8GB RAM.

Is there anything I could possibly do to improve it?

Infinity Ward really screwed up on the PC version's multiplayer this time round. Only 9v9, no dedicated servers, no mods, no custom maps, also read a review which said that the new IW.net system doesn't do a great job of searching for the best server for your connection. Guess I'll just have to stick to COD4 and WaW for bots... Think I'll rent on Xbox360 for the single player and some splitscreen play

same happens to my brother's PC when we play LAN.... when I host the game and usually play with the bots for a while it all goes fine, but the moment my brother's PC enters the game it starts lagging like hell. This happens on castle, upheaval and maybe one or two more.
So the problem could be something on your PC... not sure what though

what do you guys still need to do on 003p?

i think i have a possible temporary solution to the "God-bots" issue: temporarily remove the bots' ability to crouch (and the animations for it) since it doesnt really make a difference when you play against them (they only run around crouched, they dont camp/hide so staying low isnt necessary for them and i dont think it really affects their accuracy that much)

95GB!!!! Wow!! thats more than probably most of South Africa combined :D.. i get 3gig a month which is quite a lot in SA, i think the most we can buy is like 12gb or something. Having a fast-ish speed isnt helping either, we have a 4meg line (which is quite fast) but nearly no bandwidth to use it with :(

well, in my house we have 4 people on 3 computers limited to about 100mb a day just so we can have bandwidth till the end of the month. Thats like 2 youtube videos and 15 minutes of a online FPS game and your bandwidth is done.

its good to hear that 003p is around the corner and that PeZBOT works with the 1.5 patch, too bad that patch is more than 900mb... here in South Africa thats most of my monthly bandwidth gone :/

do you guys think PeZBOT will work with patch 1.5 (new map pack version) thats due out soon? Obviously it wont work on the new maps yet, but will we need to keep 2 seperate versions of the game on our PC's?

as far as i know each mod has its own profile, and whenever a mod is loaded it is loaded for multi- and single-player regardless if it does anything to the singleplayer. You still have your profile when using the LAN-fixed.exe but PeZBOTS will not help you level that profile. That profile will only gain levels by completing co-op challenges and playing normal (unmodded) multiplayer
In short, you have to start all over again, its not PeZBOT's fault but rather a problem with the game

aren't you going to lose your level, perks, etc. if you change the name?, since the game is going to treat it as a new mod. Each new mod has its own profile so you would have a different profile for "PeZBOTWAW" and "mp_PeZBOTWAW"

funny, i heard that there wouldnt be a COD6, only MW2 (they dropped the Call of Duty and the numbering parts of the name, since its a sequel to modern warfare and not COD, or something like that)

so... bots are still a possibility :D

no, unfortunately not, maybe one day if they have time.. but then Modern Warfare 2 is out and we'll need bots for that :D

zombie, i totally agree.. Men of war is just damn hard, really fun online and on LAN but the campaign is just too hard on the higher difficulties.

pezbot is already released, unless you mean version 002p which will probably be released within a few weeks

the way i see it you probably could.
you can just make different "kinds" of bots, each with a different "perk" programmed in a line of code which gives the bot bonuses such as more damage etc.
then when the bots are spawned they will be picked from a list of the different "kinds".
This is just the way I see it, although I am sort of a programmer, I am not sure if this is do-able in the game-engine or how hard it would be to code

with "Completely remade..." in the past tense, i assume you have remade them already? Or does it mean that you are hoping to have finished it by whenever it is scheduled to released?

is it just me or is the PeZBOT community doing more modifications to the mod as what Pez has been doing? such as the mod working on 1.4, the more weapons, etc.
Maybe you guys should join the PeZBOT team.. :D

yes, i know. Im just saying that the bots cannot harm you in a tank at all which kind of sucks because sometimes I forget to set the tanks off on my LAN games so my friends go around in tanks killing all the bots without opposition

@luftwaffe121: are you using CoD:WaW v1.0? if you are, try getting patch 1.1 installed.. not sure if that will help

for the people having problems adding the bots:
leave the /set part alone, you dont need it... use /svr_pezbots # (replace # with no. of bots u want)

Bugs I have found:
Bots cant do anything to you in a tank (which can be avoided by setting tanks to off)
Bots can sometimes walk outside the edge of the map in Asylum
Bots sometimes look like they are floating above ground in some places.

i have a fairly beefy PC:
MSI Nvidia N9800GT 512mb and a 2.5ghz dual core overclocked to 3.0ghz

i can run quite a lot of bots(about 25) at a playable speed... the "fps decreasing" for me is mainly like playing on an internet server with laggy players. The game itself does not go slow, im just experiencing lag. Definitly more lag than COD4 pezbot but remember its a pre-alpha version, it will get better in later versions

it will work...eventually and not necessarily at first release
