Let me tell you why you get Runtime error, a small part is because warband isn't well optimized, BUT the big part is because the mod ITSELF REALLY isn't optimized. You know there is a problem when I can play skyrim with high setting, with an average of 50+ fps but can't play this mod with the setting as low as i can get them, that includes switching to directX7. DirectX7 does help, however you'll still get runtime error every other battle. So why Cozur or someone else doesn't make an optimized pack for the lower end pc's (and mine really isn't all that considered low end) beats me. The fan base will double, I can guarantee. Thats what the last days of the third age mod did. Advice, try to satisfy most of the fan's not the 20% who can play without a problem. Honestly, I would probably donate if an optimized pack was released :) Because I'm a big fan of GOT, and this mod is the closest i can get to being in the World of GOT.

The freelancers have issues with their armor and stuff. The 'freelancer swordmen' dont even have any armor or weapons equipped and when i go to select some to give them, I dont have any options or things to give them, both sides of the inventory are blank. With the others freelancers, every time I change their armor or weapons and save the game and quit, they all change back to their default armor and weapons when I load it back the next day, and it also includes the unsullied... And on top of that the freelancers that do have armor to change don't have very many options and many of the options on there twice
From what i understand is that he can't really expand it to much more because it will cause the game to crash a lot.

ehhh I played with them and they're just fine to me. However I havent played to much with the west just because I hate the Lannisters
run on direct 7 make sure textures are at about 50-60 area, make sure your shadows are low or off, doing all this will make it a lot more playable for lower computers. However the environment (tress, clouds, some buildings) will have some weird messed up textures, though they are not to bad so it is still well playable. Hope this helps
