1. navigate to the company of heroes folder
2. delete the ModernCombat folder
3. delete ModernCombat*.module
4. unless you have other mods that uses LuaExtCore.dll and lua-io delete those, too
5. have a nice life

The error is caused by the server being offline - it crashed because of the intense interest from you guys. :)
When the server comes back the error will go away and we can distribute updates as the are created.

If CoH doesn't start make sure you extracted the files to correct folder. The correct folder has a file called RelicCOH.exe
