You have to go into your mod folder (where the Third_Age folder is) and change it's name. You have to change the name of the third age folder to any of the four kingdoms campaigns. I changed my third age folder to british_isles and renamed the actual british_isles folder to Brit so I know what it is. After you change it, when you get to the launcher just launch whatever campaign you changed the third age folder to and it should launch Third age without that error.
