I can't play the Cardassians, the Dominion or the Mirror Starfleet and the game crashes each time I try to start a scenario in wich one of these races participate.

I can't play the Cardassians, the Dominion or the Mirror Starfleet. Additionally, every time I want to start a scenario with on of these races involved, the game crashes.
