Will the mod include the eastern human factions, like Cathay, Ind, Nippon?

Now this is surly the mod i look for the most :)

So i went to the wizard guild thing.. Learned one school of magic.. Bought some spells.. Uhh.. Now what.. I mean how to equip them.. ?

the available version in the file from 2016 but new major update is being worked on and it will be available also very soon...
