At 0:30 there is a small station w/tech flag on the shore to the left of the oil platform. I'm guessing you send the Engineer into that small station in order to capture the offshore derrick. (Maybe it's 1 SHP with empty space between station and derrick?) If this works, then it is a pretty cool feature!
