I would like to know what to put between multi +set fs_game to work,for example Meatbot +a skin modification or + b2f,Anyone help?

How to use this mod with Meatbot mod? "C:\Call of Duty 2\CoD2MP_s.exe" +set fs_game mbotsoundfinal +exec mbotsoundfinal.cfg +set fs_game b2f but it doesn't work.I tried it opposite but only one works at a time,what should i put between the +set fs_game mbotsoundfinal +exec mbotsoundfinal.cfg and +set fs_game b2f?
