Seeing Earth just always puts me in a good mood. I have a feeling I'll be rage quitting whenever the covenant bombards Earth lol.

I was just wondering if someone could tell me how to install these mods with Steam. I have searched the file paths for a while and I can find a Local Data or AppData folders anywhere in the steam or user folders. If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
