Hey, I'm interested in composing the soundtrack to this mod/game. I've written a two-minute demo and uploaded it to my Reverbnation profile:

It is possible Modern Warfare 2 will get Mod Tools. However it may not be soon, since they still have a few more map packs to make $$$ off of. But FourZeroTwo did say Mod Tools were a possibility, even if Dedicated Servers arn't.

We'll have to see :)
