I keep getting an Access Violation Error
Is it impossible to spot those invisible like infantry units? They were getting right up to recon units and killing them.
Go to:
C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts
You may have to enable "Show hidden files." To do that just open the start menu and type "Show hidden files" in the search bar.
I seem to be having trouble with the UI wherein on either windowed mode or fullscreen the bottom part of the battle UI is cut off. I can not see unit numbers under their portraits. Unit portraits are also expanding past the normal background rectangle on the right.
Hi I've played three camapsigns now, all early with no VDM, and I have consistently gotten CTDs on the turn of the Zaporozhian Host. The all of the campaigns have gone on for a while, one reaching turn 81 and the most recent 61. After the first problem I carefully went over the instructions again and made sure the old .net frameworks were installed and such. As it is crashing on the Auto_Save there is not issue with save names either. What should I do? Also I tried to post in the forum linked but MODDB says its locked to admins only.
What truly beautiful work you've done
After choosing the "Grand Campaign" only the USA has a description. Is this normal?
I am sure someone has asked this already but is there any way to fix the strange previews with the systems around the edge?
I had the same problem, I was able to get around it by staying defensive the whole time and killing the monoliths after they upgrade.
is the -10% a global effect?
Is there anyway to fix the weird map preview with all of the systems around the edge?
Excellently put, I am really pleased that you guys put so much thought into how you are going about this.
That is a really cool idea. Are you going to do it for major religious centers as well?
Will you release a version for Warhammer 2?
Wow that was fast, excellent
Nevermind I am a moron and checked steam
So wait I do not see a new update in the files, am I crazy?
so just the two?, and the Eriadu Authority?
Hey I love the mod, I am still playing it, even now, and am thrilled to have it still alive. I liked how you removed the ability to create/promote a general in the field, that was good and made sense.... But if possible could yo bring back the admiral option. It makes a little more sense because the admiral doesn't need a new ship, and having to build an entire new vessel to get an admiral is a bit difficult, especially when they can be killed on a foreign station from one bad hit.
cheers
I felt much the same way. Rome 2 was just not well done. Attila was much better But alas I want my heavy knights, Long bowmen, Genoese Crossbowmen and feudal Europe.
beautiful, I am loving the look of the artillery
loving it as always, but the grandmaster's horses appear unarmoured. Is that by design? will they be weak? I know a lot of British history, and some French, but not Teutonic. Were they not heavily armoured Calvary? did medieval 2 lie to me?
if I ask for an alpha release?
Seriously though loving it.
I find this mod offensive for making me want to play factions which are not England. You've done an absurdly good job thus far.
I actually think this is amazing. I know LOTR is often shiny but hard fought Gondorian infantry are unlikely to be parade ground shiny all the time.
This is all amazing, but why don't the knights have gauntlets?
Are the spear serjeants supposed to be mounted? Also given the capacity to dismount mounted units should we really field separate version of the same Calvary/infantry unit? By the way love what I am seeing so far and can&t wait to get a playable (Even just custom battle) version.
