I would like to report a couple of bugs, but first I would like to say this a great mod and I would recommend this mod to any EaW player, but there a couple of things that were off.
First was the problem of indigenous populations, such as Mandalorian Militia or Noghri etc, all indigenous populations even though in the XML files it says that their affiliation is with say Rebels.
In summary all indigenous units still have the same affiliation as they did in Forces of Corruption.
The second is well small but I think its important,
Most custom infantry units on land instead of having their names have [Missing].
