I want to throw some ideas I had out there.
I think that the Borg unicomplex could play a much bigger role. I was thinking that you could remove borg labs,trade station and so on and give those functions as upgrades to the unicomplex.
Then you would be forced to balance utility and combat power of the unicomplex much more. Also, it feels pretty much borg to me with huge multifunction bases rather than small singel function stations.
PS
What is with the Romulan starbase weapon range? Either the range that is shown when you mouseover is wrong or the weapon range is microscopic for a static defence.
