The informant said it's at the entrance of the Factory in Yantar.....I searched too and cant find it, but I did get fine tools somewhere else when I played the game in Rookie mode....not sure if Rookie mode makes a difference but I cant remember where they were located.

Need some help please.....Im in the basement to find and shut off the O-conscientious generators but I cant draw any weapons, not even the knife. I also found a Guass Rifle from one of the dead Monolith soldiers I killed above ground.....but I cant draw on that either. is it a glitch??, please help Im running around with no ability to protect myself.
