Now about your preference to reference Poison(hah, rhyme)with male pronouns;
--From an obsessive SJW standpoint: It's offensive to refer to a pre-op trans(-because she has opted to keep her *****)and/or a post-op transsexual(-they that have followed suit & surgically altered their genitalia completely to fully assume their true sex/gender)by pronouns that do not reflect their outward sexual appearance - which is to say - referring to Poison with male pronouns simply because started out as a male is offensive because she doesn't look male when fully clothed(in addition to her vocals & mannerisms)then add to tha fact that she never identifies herself as male|
--From a purely entertainment standpoint: Using male pronouns for an outwardly female futanari/newhalf just flat out ruins the abstraction of seeing what appears to be a female with the sex organ we're programmed to expect only men to have - which is to say - it ruins my enjoyment to see a female with a ***** when you keep ideologically labeling her as a male because she's clearly not a full-on male unless you believe genitalia blankets a person's entire sex/gender is what you're telling me|

In All Seriousness, I always had a suspicion that you were making another 1 of these so predictably I want to address a few things you mention about this mod in addition to another idea that I thought up:

"3D Precum on glans of genital." This was already a completely sexual mod based on the permanent erection but now this seals that factor so it's a great idea I would say|

"Realistic Feet (High Quality geometry) , result similar to Nude Jill's Feet with long and squared 3D toenails." I'm not entirely sure what that means but I'm actually a fan of Street Fighter's large hands & foots abstraction but your "Realistic Feet" aren't exactly terrible from what I've seen just not quite as good in my opinion|
On a semi-related note(since you brought it up)I'm not a fan of Jill's mod being full-on naked with "sexy sandals" being the only article of clothing that remains but that's that|

"New Butt completely reshaped (of masculine shape)." I think it's a bad idea butt in execution may not even be noticeable 2 me|

"Large Breasts with surgical implant--" OK you lost me at "surgical implant" I'm not convinced of the necessity that her boobs behave "realistically fake(such an abstract contradiction)" unless there's at least some narrative impetus backing it up that is but would otherwise vote no on it if it were up to me|

I'm not gonna bore you entirely with my assessment of EVERYTHING you mentioned just what I felt was most important and now the idea I had; remember my constant bellyaching about the sudden shift between genital & rest of tha body color/texture(of course you do)I had the idea that this shift(if you haven't or feel as though it wasn't corrected)could be hidden behind a ***** ring|
Not entirely sure that you or perhaps anyone else reading this know what such a ring is(self-explanatory as it may seem)so tha short(pun intended)version is a metal circle worn on the crotch area around tha top of tha ***** and behind tha scrotum(please tell me if I sound/read like a sex-ed teacher)which is basically the fleshy "bag" encasing the testicles|

My main point was NOT whether or not there is a shift in genital color/texture but just that the shift typically isn't so SUDDEN like in your mod|
Think of the genitals like a roadway: In reality the genitals are more like a stretch of road you see surrounded by sand, the sand(and color as a result)gets thinner tha closer you get to the road; your mod's genitals are more like a stretch of road in most every city across the planet, the sidewalk surrounding the road just ends and the border/exact point wherein sidewalk becomes roadway is far more visible|

This isn't exactly me telling you to "FIX THIS" but just in case you do decide to make another(like that Jill mod someone asked for)then perhaps keep this in mind; another thing of note is the only model I observed this on is the main [ultra violet hair/red nails] model|

No Sweat on your "late" reply but I would like to offer "A Bit Of Legit-Crit" as it were on your work here:

I appreciate your desire/attempt(as I read in the Read Me txt files)to engineer a more legitimate realistic transsexual body for Poison|
Where that attempt goes a bit "haywire/off tha rails" as it were is in the color/discoloration that is often found when comparing the genitals to tha body they're attached to|
Not every body has that attribute but they don't typically have such a MASSIVE sudden shift in color/texture|
The main version with red nails/intense violet hair has this shift where it goes from "s m o o t h-p a l e" to "JAGGED-VEINY-DARKER WHITE" which is even noticeable from a distance so I can't not notice it on close-up|
The Roxy version of her(+ most other versions)has the sudden jagged texture but not the massive shift in color which keeps the hose from looking like a-umm...well it looks like an attachment with that sudden shift mostly in color more-so than the texture difference|
Having a more gradual shift would erase that issue altogether if you care to fix it BUT I would MUCH rather have the issue I just described than have you hide it behind pubic hair though|

This Mod is still CHOICE despite what I just said all tha same though|
