I think we are curious because there is a new dlc and patch coming so we all assumed he would release before the patch now we will have to wait until everything is compatible with the patch, this is how so many mods die because they cant get it to work with the new patch and it gets stuck in development for years until they find just the right patch. Game of thrones and middle earth didnt update for like 2 years and they had a team of people.

try winrar, mod authors will rarely do win installer because it is hard and you need the know how
