Sorry for the delayed response - I was away on the weekend and have been busy with school. I have tried carrying levels of disablement of McAfee to no avail. I will keep trying however and get back to you if I find something that works. In the meantime I look forward to more updates on the game and I will tell you know that you already have my support. :-)

Upon closer inspection, the lightening and darkening of the loading bar stops and it truly 'freezes' on the "Cryengine, Loading" screen.

Loving the game so far (or at least the one game I was able to play).
I really like the direction this seems to be headed in and will be closely following the game through development.
One issue I have is that I have only been able to play one game. I don't think I'm doing anything differently but a few times before I was able to get that game going, and every time I've attempted after, I get freezing at the loading screen. This 'freezing' will continue for at least 10 minutes (as long as I've left it), will occur after about 5 seconds of the loading screen being displayed. I'm running Fraps and the frame-rate on the loading screen drops over about 5 seconds from 70fps, to 48fps where it appears to 'freeze'. The subtle lightening and darkening animation continues, but nothing actually happens. I then have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to start Task Manager. TM shows the program as not responding and has to be closed by killing the process.
