Have you considered making this a Far Cry mod? Much as I like HL2, it isn't the best when it comes to making terrain based maps. Your mapping is good, but the wilderness areas are still a bit empty, small and unconvincing. They remind me of a golf course :P .
But using the FC engine, you could make forests, realistically sized mountains and huge areas to explore. And the indoor dungeons would still look as good.

Do me a favour and add an option to skip the intro on your website, or just a link to the forums. I sometimes access the internet from computers without flash installed. Its sucks to be presented with nothing but a large black box when trying to access your site.
