Lone founder and developer at Babou Games.
It has some widescreen options by default, 1920x1080 (the most common one nowadays) is not one of them.
You aren't a customer, you are a user, how about showing some respect for people handing you free content?
Having a big open section that could collapse under it's roof weight when landed on a planet is very different to a relatively thin section that is structurally sound.
No need to pray, if you were to read the Steam page you will see they will be supporting mods, and with tools apparently. To what extent they allow modding is the thing I'm curious about.
I would normally heavily agree, but not in this case, you know what you're getting and they have it on offer, it's when they charge more and give you some worthless extra as a 'reward' that you should avoid.
Soooo much better.
The bottom of atlantis tapers inwards as it does at the top but stops more suddenly, the design of this with the struts, etc around the base suggests heavily that it was meant to be a permanent building on the surface of a planet (having seen much more of mallacores work I've seen this model in a scene where it was exactly that, a permanent building).
My point was, for it to be a convincing station design wise it would have to have at least some slight differences to how it looks on there, in my opinion anyway, and considering how much sci-fi design I do for a career I'm quite certain I have enough experience to pick up on the finer details in the architecture of the model.
In fact if you want to know for sure what the intended placement of this model was, here is the designers own words: I.imgur.com
Love Mallacores work, always seen that as a land based station though, looking at the 'base' of the model it looks like it's built to be flat on the ground. Could see it more as a mothership/shipyard if it was mirrored below too. Have you managed to contact Mallacore for the models or are you guys re-creating them based on his work?
You could always just take the link on the right in the description...
May your freedom be short and death eternal, shol'va.
Would be brilliant to take part as a 3D artist but not sure I'm good enough quality having seen the work you guys put out :P
The logo for this game is pretty much identical to Plex. Looks great though.
That would just make them stop producing games on PC at all, they don't give a **** about opinions they will just look at the sales figures and see the sales dropping if we were to do that, meaning they would see it as not being worthwhile to sell games on PC.
I personally think the image should only show the UNSC in defeat and not who defeated them. This picture, while nice, is not neutral enough imo. It would suggest the covvies defeated you regardless of if there even are any in the match.
I know they can't be personalised to whoever defeated you so that's why I think it should be avoiding showing the victory of the enemy and maybe just the devastation left after the battle.
Version numbers are no indication of time unless already designated as weekly or monthly versions (like mojang use weekly numbers for snapshots). Not to mention that it could go up to 0.9.999, or even 0.999.999 before 1.0.0.
Basically I'm saying those other (possibly) 5 versions could take a year to do.
Looks like it produces a section of the map based on your position and shows the resources available in different colours. Seems pretty straight forward to me. I'm guessing building the appropriate equipment over certain areas allow for higher production than areas with less of the resource.
Considering all in the menu it seems the location the results are collected from surround the character used to prospect and their skill, possibly varying the area size and ability to find higher quality deposits. Water would be good for the water mill, fertility for the farm, stone for the stone mine and I'd guess the iron being separate means that iron will have it's own mine or option to mine it from the same building as the stone.
As I said though, just a guess.
This was posted to all their mods, not just the ME one. That includes Stargate Space Conflict.
Want a simple answer? Two words - Alternate Universe. Now stop arguing about such a stupid little detail that doesn't really matter.
No problems here when it comes to translations, make sure you installed properly, are using 1.1 and have a legit version of the game.
H2 installed? Check.
Body Ready? Check.
Mod Released? ...
Surely a Forerunner home world would be earth-like? Considering they built the shield worlds they can't originate from one, and I say earth-like purely because that seems to be how all their artificial constructs look.
So you expect people to vote above 1 for this? Not a chance mate.
You have never visited the Sims 3 modding communities then...
Luckily SGN has all the proof they need in the form of their ModDB page, all timestamped, it wouldn't even be taken into court since that is seriously all the proof they need.
Stuff like this is exactly why I find it difficult to bring people onto a modding team.
Oh I know why you added TESO, it being a TES game is not a good enough reason to add it though, you didn't add Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind or Oblivion so the only reason there would be to add TESO is to get a little more attention to the mod as more people would be likely to be watching TESO than the older games. Considering I already see ~100 updates a week on ModDB through things I watch, it just annoys me seeing something not remotely related to what it is I'm watching.
Sounds like your computer is running out of memory, I had that problem with a different game back when I had something like 2GB of RAM, I upped that to 8GB and it stopped happening.
It's not free, the download is the full game files but only playable as a demo until you buy it, at which point the demo unlocks into the full game.
Looks great, ranged weapons would be very complementary to those, it would remove most of the challenge when it comes to raiders but surely that's a welcome rest after the effort of building everything.
Looks interesting, although I think you might be making up the 3500 hours of work, considering that would mean almost 600 days if you had spent 6 hours a day, every single day, working on it. Either you are miscalculating that or you have spent too long working on it for only 10-20 hours of new gameplay (and I'd bet money on that being wrong, I have yet to see a time estimate be even close to how long it really is for this sort of thing).
Sorry if it sounds harsh but I couldn't be more indifferent considering you added TESO as a related game.
