Like some other people before i have CTD at crossfire-mission 2:origins. Directly after landing on the osiris the game crashes. Even loading prior save (and playing the whole get-the-disk-mission again) the same happens: i get to sol, beat some nomads, dock with osiris and CTD! What could i do?

Found the problem, it was the ACE-MegaCodecS-Pack. After uninstalling this piece of crap all is well (happy yell). But thanks to you Huor for the fast reply! Wrote this just to inform anybody who may have sound-problems too...

Firstly, impressive work swat-team! But i have some sound issues: nearly all cutscenes have no sound (speech and background), while on a mission most of the communication sound is missing (only little pics in the top left appear), sometimes there is no cruise-engine sound and nearly half of the docking-confirmations in space and speech samples in bars don't work. Downloaded and installed the mod several times but no change. Besides the sound the game runs perfectly. Is my old Win-XP the problem? Please help...

hi i'm new to moddb and freelancer mods, so i have two questions: 1.Is the the swat-portal download the final version or should i wait for moddb to load it up? 2.My Avira-scanner reports a KeyGen in CFsetup18. Is it a virus/trojan or false alarm? Yeah i know, sounds like a noob and guess what...i am one...
