The Astra Militarums Tempestus Scions are among the finest human warriors in the galaxy. They are the most dedicated soldiers in the Imperium, carrying out orders even if it may result in their own deaths. They are tasked to complete missions so dangerous that they would be deemed suicidal for a regular guardsman.
This voice was recorded and edited for me some time ago by some folks from DoW modding community in accordance with how they wanted it to sound.
