This voice is used for the Forgotten Harvester unit in the upcoming mod for Tiberian Sun, Crystallized Doom. The character was envisioned as a somewhat subtle and quiet Tiberium "enthusiast" lets say, possessing a very cult like view on the infamous green crystal.
A strange fella to be sure....
