Discovery 4.85 is a solid mod. Plus 4.86 is underway and some of the developments look great. updated top speeds for certain ships, cloaking, player bases, etc.. I'm not one for a lot of rules and regulations, and so I stopped playing for a while, but I must say that the US based Relaxed RP server based in US is a good option for anyone looking to play this game to it's fullest, without being hassled about rules too much.
