Ok, why the crap are the CIS able to skip planets and go right to the next one without conflict. This is really bad when they have 2 lucrehulks and the Providence carrier

Has anyone had problems with the AI difficulty. I set mine for medium in skirmishes and they beat me. So I went to Easy and there was no change in difficulty. It was as if it was stuck on hard mode.
