I placed the installer in the hoi3 directory, yes the BI folder is in tfh/mods, No I used the uninstaller the mod came with to uninstall the previous version of BI, and yes for some reason the vanilla tfh works fine

I did that and it got to loading flags and it crashed again this time it just says hoi3_tfh has stopped working.

I have a 64bit system so it should'nt be a problem

When it gets to the loading databases part it crashes and the error message "unknown exception" pops up. Any help?

On the website for the mod it says that SS divisions become available to build after 1940, but pretty deep into 1941 in my Germany playthrough and they still aren't available. Is this a bug or has the ability to build custom SS division been removed? thanks
