That was the problem. I was using version 1.82.37.0 of FoK. Didn't realize that wasn't the latest version. Apologies and thank you!

Seems there's also a problem with the "SotF(4) Race(1..m) Colonial Reb" file. I was having the same issue as OhNoesBunnies! and tracked it down to that file. My load order when encountering the error was:
